Two outstanding restaurants in one. Downstairs, the Grill at CUT features a funky atmosphere and a gourmet burger menu with delectable toppings like foie gras and house made truffle mayo. Upstairs, the Steakhouse offers an impeccable fine-dining experience in a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere.

Featuring a fun and funky atmosphere, perfectly paired with a retro-inspired menu of gourmet burgers and thick milkshakes, the grill also features an array of delicious small courses, inspired by global cuisine and meant to be shared around the table.
Take a seat in the large, comfortable bar area, overlooking the open kitchen. Or enjoy the gorgeous views of Halifax Harbour in a settee by the window.
Wines from our award-winning wine list are available by the bottle and by the glass, in two sizes.
Open for lunch Monday to Friday from noon to 3 p.m. and seven days a week from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner.

Offering a relaxed fine dining experience to the most sophisticated diners. Featuring delicious entrees, in addition to the finest dry aged USDA prime beef, aged and butchered in-house by our own exacting specifications.
Start your evening with a glass of award-winning wine, carefully selected by our very own Sommelier, or perhaps a popular Steak Ale.
From our menu, savour a dry-aged New York Striploin, delicious Porterhouse, Kobe rib-eye or local filet mignon, all cooked to your specifications. Finish off with an amazing sampling of fine cheeses, specialty liqueurs and decadent desserts.
Open for dinner daily from 5:30 pm.
Our last reservation is at 10:00 pm.
