LocationCUT is conveniently located on the corner of Lower Water and Salter streets. Ample parking is available across the street. The Grill at CUT is open for lunch from noon to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday and for dinner daily, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Please contact us by phone to make lunch or dinner reservations for The Grill. The Open Table on-line reservations system is for the Steakhouse only. CUT Steakhouse is open for dinner daily, from 5:30 pm. Our last reservation is at 10:00 pm.
