LocationCUT is conveniently located on the corner of Lower Water and Salter streets. Ample parking is available across the street. The Grill at CUT is open for lunch from noon to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday and for dinner daily, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. CUT Steakhouse is open for dinner daily, from 5:30 pm. Our last reservation is at 10:00 pm.
